• Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your credit card details. We do store Stripe customer IDs and transaction records.
• Content You Submit: YouTube URLs you provide, audio files you upload, episode titles, and any special instructions.
• Usage Data: Order history, clip generation metadata, and service interaction logs for operational purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide the fofoclip service: process your podcast episodes and deliver video clips.
• Process payments via Stripe.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, clip delivery, account notifications).
• Provide customer support.
• Improve and maintain the service.

We do not sell your personal data or content to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate fofoclip:

• Google Cloud Platform: Infrastructure, processing, and storage.
• Firebase: Authentication and real-time database.
• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Google Gemini (Vertex AI): AI-powered transcription and content analysis.
• Email Service Provider: Transactional email delivery.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

4. Data Retention

• Rendered video clips: Stored for 30 days after delivery, then automatically deleted.
• Uploaded audio files: Deleted within 7 days after processing completes.
• Downloaded YouTube audio: Deleted within 24 hours after processing.
• Account data: Retained until you delete your account.
• Order records: Retained indefinitely for business and support purposes (no large media files).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via Firebase, and access controls on all cloud infrastructure. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.

7. Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website. GA4 collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, time spent on pages, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected through analytics.
