By accessing or using fofoclip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

fofoclip is an AI-powered service that transforms long-form podcast or YouTube episodes into short-form video clips. Users submit content (via URL or file upload), select a visual style, and receive rendered video clips via email.

3. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit any content you provide to the Service.
• You own or have obtained all necessary permissions for the podcast content you submit.
• You will not submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• You will not use the Service to process copyrighted content you do not own or have license to use.
• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

4. Content License

You grant fofoclip a limited, non-exclusive license to process your submitted content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. All processed clips are yours to use as you see fit.

5. Payments and Credits

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Prices are in USD and are subject to change with notice.
• Pack credits (5-pack, 10-pack) do not expire.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

6. Refund Policy

• Credit orders: If processing fails, your credit is automatically refunded to your account. You can resubmit your order at any time.
• Card payments: If your clips are unusable due to a technical issue on our end, contact support@sweetpapatechnologies.com for a full refund.
• We do not provide refunds for unused pack credits, as credits never expire.

7. DMCA and Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content processed through our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@sweetpapatechnologies.com with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing.
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate.

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Processing times are estimates and may vary. We reserve the right to refuse processing of any content at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

fofoclip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the performance, engagement, or viral success of any clips produced. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
